Yes, the Wodar Designer collection is a fully integrated 4-in-1 tap that offers boiling filtered water and cold filtered drinking water, in addition to normal hot and cold water.

Normally to remedy this you could turn the tank off and allow to cool, once cooled down disconnect the two pipes (water supply doesn’t need to be turned off for this). Turn the boiler tank upside down over the sink and drain completely. Reconnect the pipes and run the boiler side tap until water is dispensed from the spout of the tap (This will ensure the tank is full). Plug the tank back in and allow to reach desired temperature. Sometimes the float sensor in the tank can get caught with dirt / debris through the system and trigger the electronics to believe the tank is empty, flushing the system as described above should resolve the issue for you. If the above doesn’t resolve the issue for the customer please check the below; • When did you purchase the product? • If the product was purchased more than 3 months ago: When did you last change your filter/ how regularly have you changed your filter? (We state that the filter should be changed every 3-6 months depending on the hardness of water in the area) • Please can we have a full image of the set up of your boiler tank as well as an image which indicates the E3 error message email hello@wodar.com

Yes, the tap can be rotated 180° to suit your personal preference.

Operating the filtered boiling and filtered cold water couldn’t be easier. To dispense boiling water simply depress the button to release the safety catch and rotate it. To dispense cold filtered water it is not necessary to press the button, you simply rotate it in the opposite direction.

Hard water affects over 50% of the UK, but it is still variable within those areas. The Wodar filter cartridge shas been especially designed to protect the boiler’s heating element from the adverse effects of limescale. This is why it so important for filter cartridges to be replaced every 6 months.

The recovery time is 10 minutes after drawing off approximately 8 cups of boiling water.

All Wodar Boiling Water Taps require an industry standard 35mm hole for installation. Compatible with Belfast sinks and up to 30mm thick worktops, our taps are one of the most versatile boiling water taps available on the market today.

Wodar taps come with double spring-loaded, redundancy locks, meaning the tap can’t be left running without holding the lever in position or turned on by young children. Our spouts are specifically designed to remain insulated from the inner flow of boiling water and to deliver piping hot water at a consistent and steady flow. Each boiling unit comes pre-programmed with "safe-modes" meaning if for what ever reason your water supply should shut off, your system will react and prevent any over heating.

Your tap will be connected to a small boiler, which can easily fit under your sink. The boiler takes water from your kitchen’s existing cold-water supply and heats it using its innovative, low-energy, insulated, pressure tank. The water stays in the tank, heated to the temperature you choose, using the touch screen temperature controller, until your wish to dispense it by turning the boiling water handle on your tap. The hot/cold mixer tap takes water directly from your existing hot and cold water supply to deliver regular cold or warm water. The tank can keep a full 2.4 litres of water heated to 98.9 degrees all day for the same amount as it costs to boil a kettle once.

The Wodar Instant Boiling Water Tap costs as little as 3p per day to operate. So, you can expect to save money if you swap your kettle for an energy efficient boiling water system.

Yes, but much cheaper and much more efficient. The boiler takes water from your kitchen’s existing cold-water supply and heats it using its innovative, low-energy, insulated, pressure tank. The water stays in the tank, heated to the temperature you choose (you can adjust it between 75 – 98.9 degrees) using the touch screen temperature controller. You then just dispense it by turning the boiling water handle on your tap. The boiler means that the tank can keep a full 2.4 litres of water heated to 98.9 degrees all day for the same amount as it costs to boil a kettle once.

A WRAS approval is an easy way to demonstrate that a material or water fitting, is of a suitable quality and standard. Any water fitting, which when installed, will carry or receive water from the public mains water supply in the UK, must comply with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations or Scottish Byelaws. These require that a water fitting should not cause waste, misuse, undue consumption or contamination of the water supply and must be ‘of an appropriate quality and standard’. WRAS Product Approval: Whole products such as valves, boilers & showers undergo mechanical and water quality testing. This type of approval demonstrates products are of an appropriate quality and standard, provided the fitting is installed according to any conditions given with the approval. WRAS Material Approval: Non-metallic materials & components, such as rubber sheet material & ‘O’ rings, undergo testing only for their effects on water quality. This type of approval demonstrates that the non-metallic material/component complies with BS6920.

If the water continues to run for a short period after releasing the spring lock handle, the problem could be air inside the filter! Remedy It is advisable to isolate the water supply to the 3 in 1 tap before commencing, prior to doing so fill a pouring jug with water (this will be needed at a later stage to prime the filter) The next step would be to remove the filter from its housing by twisting, have a cloth at hand to place under the filter housing to collect any excess water (the amount of water should be minimal) Hold the filter in the sink and slowly pour water into the top opening, as you are doing this, air bubbles will probably be visible, continue until the air bubbles disappear (1 litre of water should suffice, be sure to pour slowly) Keeping the filter upright slowly replace into the housing, twisting until the arrows line up. Turn the water supply to the 3 in 1 tap back on and test the flow, the problem should now be solved. It is advisable to operate taps slowly when first used after the water supply has been isolated, to avoid splashing from the mixture of air and water! Once the filter has been primed the problem should not return, due to the fact that the water heater has an internal expansion vessel to cope with the water temperature rise, on rare occasions air can be trapped which gradually makes its way to the filter. Generally, all air is pushed out of the system on the initial install or within 24hrs, but it is not uncommon for air to be trapped for up to several weeks. If the problem continues please email hello@wodar.com

Power off the unit and unplug from the power source . Then try reinstalling . If this does not solve the issue, contact the retailer .
